The Housing department handles all aspects of housing for the Bonaparte First Nation, meeting the needs of our community by administering a housing program that is unbiased and transparent. We aim to:
build and provide access to safe, affordable and energy-efficient housing that meets applicable building standards
develop and administer a house maintenance program that ensures houses are built and maintained to a standard that meets or exceeds federal health and safety standards for health
extend the useful life of our community’s existing housing stock
promote homeownership by providing eligible members with access to affordable and competitive opportunities to own their own home
